In today’s world of technology, we can easily connect to your server from our facilities and provide you with training and support. For remote desktop support, all you need is Broadband Internet connection.

Please Click Here to download Team Viewer software and follow the below mentioned instructions:

1.   Download and copy the software file on your desktop.
2.   Rename the file TeamViewerQS.txt to TeamViewerQS.exe.
3.   Double Click on Team Viewer, You will get 9 digit ID and Password.
4.   Email your 9 digit ID and Password to KRx support executive on support@KRxLive.com or you can
      pass on the ID & Password to KRx support executive over telephone.
5.   KRx executive will connect to your server and provide you the support.

Software Upgrade & Customization:

We continuously keep updating KRx and keep adding new features regularly. All our customers who are enrolled in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) receive free software upgrades.
